Louis Tomlinson is adding another item to the seemingly never-ending stuff he can do, by playing a getaway driver in the video for his latest single Don’t Let It Break Your Heart.
The video for Don’t Let It Break Heart is the final instalment in a three-part story arc that has played over the singers last few singles, including Kill My Mind and We Made It.
In this last part, Louis takes on the role of the getaway driver during a heist. It’s a clever story arc that has played out across his last few songs, all the puzzle pieces slowly fitting together and the bigger picture finally being revealed in the video. The entire arc is extremely creative and is the work of Louis and the production team Common People Films he worked with to shoot and produce the videos which were all brought to life and directed by Charlie Lightening who has worked with the likes of Paul McCartney and Liam Gallagher.
The cast involved in working over the course of the trilogy included:
??The Boss: Geoff Bell??
??Male Lead: Joe Holgate??
??Female Lead: Miki Davis??
??Friend 1: Liam Dooley??
??Friend 2: Jelani Inyama??
??Friend 3: Ryan James Lewis??
??Assassin Heavy: Phil Chadwick??
??Heavy: Benedict Relton??
??Nervy Man: Mark Hill??
Don’t Let It Break Your Heart is a heartfelt song about resilience and taking time to heal after tough times, written by Louis with Stuart Crichton, Stephen Wrabel, Cole Citrenbaum and James Newman, and produced by Steve Mac.
